[Plugin: WordPress Post to SMF] Doesnt work with Schedule posts

  • This plugin doesnt seem to work with schedule posts, the link to the forum doesnt show when i post is published by the schedule function on wordpress 2.7

    any fix?

  • I’ve noticed this too, but the only thing I’ve been able to figure out is to go and update the post manually (IE, go into the dashboard after it has been posted, go to the post, and click update).

    I’m looking at the code now, but I can’t seem to figure out how to get it to post when there’s a scheduled update.

    yeah, the update thingy works but it would still be good to fix, since i schedule the posts during when im at sleep and most of the users will already have read the post and cannot comment it =)

    What SMF are you guys running? Was this plugin difficult to install? How are things running lately, and does this plugin still have sponsorship? (I get nervous with 3rd party plugins… look what happened to the equivalent plugin for bbpress, called bbsync. Now that was a sad story!)

    I’m not having a go at the great work obviously done so far on this plugin, but am just stating that life changes.
