    Hello All,
    I hope you can help me. I am looking for a plugin for a contact form that would email a users comments or questions to me. Is there a way to add such an item to my site? This would include a text input for the following items:

    Name
    Email
    Message subject
    message body

    The option to get a copy of the email to the original poster would be nice too.

    I have seen other WP sites with this type of contact form. Does such a plugin still exist? I have been searching for one.
