It Breaks Woocommerce Checkout

I tried the free version out and it seemed to do the job at first but then I realized my WooCommerce checkout billing fields were all jumbled up in the wrong order at the checkout. Like Last name was way down the bottom and not where it should be after First Name. And one of the address lines was right at the top of the form. I disabled my plugins one by one until I found that this one is the cause.
