I have installed the Free version of the WordPress Booking System. It installed successfully but I can not set up any available dates on the calendar. I select the date(s), enter the number of available appointments and a dollar value and hit Apply. Nothing updates or changes. The software just doesn’t work. Everything I read is that this is supposed to be a good plugin.

I’ve tried many things now – removing any pop-up blockers, rebooting my computer, trying different browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, IE), deleting the plugin and reinstalling it. Everything I do continues to show the calendar with no available appointments after I try to add some appointments.

I am running on WordPress version 4.9.5 and Booking Calendar WpDevArt version 2.2.2. It says that I am running the latest version. PLEASE HELP!!! Thank-you!

    Hi dear user.

That’s very strange because from our side everything works fine.

Can you check this video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWjRm0lv4aU and then try again?

Also, can you send us some screenshots?

    Thanks.

Thank you. Yes, that is the same video which I used to confirm that I was doing it correctly.

Not sure how you want me to send screenshots … this ticket doesn’t allow me to add them. Basically, I select a date (in the future), set the number available to 3 and the price to 50, then click Apply. The calendar continues to show Unavailable for that date. No matter what I do, I cannot get the calendar to show available appointments.

I’m sure it is something ridiculous that is causing this … I just can’t figure out what it is. The other plugins that I have activated are Contact Form 7 by Takayuki Miyoshi, Contact Widgets by GoDaddy, Flamingo by Takayuki Miyoshi, Page Builder by SiteOrigin, Really Simple SSL by Rogier Lankhorst, SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle by SiteOrigin, Under Construction by Web factory Ltd. Could there be a conflict with another plugin? I have a number of inactive plugins as well.

    Thank You.

    Hi dear user.

Maybe, we can’t say exactly. As we think that some of the plugins and maybe the theme you are using is not free, so we can’t test them from our side.

You need to do the following.

First of all, change your theme and set one of WordPress standard themes, then check our plugin functionality again.

Then disable your plugins one by one and test our plugin again, in such way you can find if this issue comes from conflict. Then let us know about results.

    Thanks.
