    I’ve added your social web suite plug-in, gone through the wizard to add my FB account and page… all seemed to go well, adding a new post shows a message saying it will get posted to social media when published, but the post did not reach FB and doesn’t show in your admin as queued or posted. Can you advise?

    Hi rathean,

    Thank you for the kind words ?? and sorry for the inconvenience.

    It seems that you haven’t connected your WordPress site to your Facebook profile and/or page.

    Please just log in to your account at Social Web Suite, go to Social Profiles and then to the social profile you want to share the posts from your site to (for example your Facebook profile or a page). Then just click on the small white box beside your website’s url and that is it.

    You can see all the social profiles that are connected to your site by going to your WordPress Editor and underneath the text area for every post and page, you will see the individual settings for our plugin. You will also see there all social profiles that are connected to your site.
