• Hi,

    we’re experiencing some unexpected behavior:
on some browsers the location is not going to the correct “nearest” location. We’ve tested this in the USA and in EU.
In Chrome the location seems to load correctly when allowing location.

    In the USA:
The location is not loading correctly for Safari.
For Mac-Chrome, Safari and Firefox, Iphone Chrome it works correctly.

    In EU:
For Firefox on Adnroid, Safari and Edge on desktop it is wrong.

Asking for help or if anyone else experienced similar issue and how to fix.

    Thank you!

    R.

The geocode features does require a HTTPS connection, and when I access your site it says ‘Your connection is not secure’. Maybe that’s why it doesn’t work in Safari?

I don’t have access to a Mac, but it should also have a browser console, and maybe something an error shows up there.

How ‘wrong’ is the incorrect location? Is it just a bit of, or on the other side of the country?

    Thank you for the answer.
We’ll then wait for the proper certificate and see if it fixes the issue.

It displays location on the other side of the globe – and interesting thing is, it shows for me (EU location) the same location in the USA in IE and Safari.
