    Hi Tom,

Your discount plugin is applying TWICE the discount when we use a quote request plugin.
    I’m using this feature: https://booster.io/features/woocommerce-price-by-user-role/

1- Let’s say a client send me a quote request for PRODUCT A (public price is 100€ and their role has 30% discount) so request come in at 70€ which is great.

2- I send the quote to my client at 70€ price

3- client accepts and is redirected to the checkout where price becomes 49€ (70€ -30%). SO I’M LOSING MONEY RIGHT NOW!!

I’ve contacted the quote request plugin support which connected to my website to try to
find a workaround but they couldn’t. They said:
“You should ask the developers of the Booster plugin to intervene, in order to apply a check to the plugin that does not apply the discount again if it has already been applied.”

I agree this should come on your side since your plugin is applying the discounts.

IS THERE ANY SUPPORT ON YOUR SIDE TO FIX THIS???

The Request a quote plugin is this one:

    Thanks!

    Hello @rockpeach,

I’m not sure if this helps but you can try Disable Price by User Role for Products on Sale here: WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Prices & Currencies > Price by User Role

Let me know if that worked.

If not, then I highly recommend to contact us directly on [email protected] for further support, so we can ask you more details and help you as soon as possible.

    Hi @haitashe,

Great that works, thanks very MUCH for your help!
I can’t have products on sale where the user discount is applied anymore but can live with that.
If you find a fix for both features to work together that will be great!

    Thanks!

    @rockpeach,

we will try to make that work together in the future.

Hi sorry for the confusion but it actually doesn’t work – not sure why I thought it did. Went a bit too fast testing yesterday night

What can you do to apply a check to the plugin so it does not apply the discount again if it has already been applied?

I sent an email to your support already – am following up on it to make sure you see it
