    Hi Pete,

We are trying to install the plugin, however after uploading via ftp and also installing via the WordPress ‘add plugin’ feature, when activated it shows php errors at the top of the page (on the back end).

Have you any idea what could be causing this?

    Many thanks

    Hi Roger

    Thank you for your message.

Please can you send send me a screenshot of the errors – it is probably due to the encoding – can you check what version of php you have and whether the ioncube decoder is running on your hoster please?

    Thanks
    Pete

    Hi Roger

I think this might be due to php7.1 which required a different encoding. This is now fixed and if you delete the Xeroom directory under your plugins folder and reinstall it should work fine.

    Thanks
    Pete

I’m having the same error, but we are using the plugin for a while so we have important information. Can I also follow your indications to solve the problem?

One error: The file /home/…/wp-content/plugins/xeroom/index.php cannot be run by your versions of php and ionCube Loader. Please upgrade to php 7.1 and loader 10.2 or visit https://www.xeroom\support\ for further info.

    And other:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘xeroom_display_message_if_licence_not_valid’ not found or invalid function name in /home/….

I also have this problem when setting up AliDropshipping Woo Plugin with WordPress. This is the error I get “Ooops! ionCube Loader Not found. Please check instructions .” I also sent an email to AliDropshipping and they said I should contact my hosting site. Which by the way Im using SiteGround but the plugin itself is not working with WordPress. Any help?
