Moving WordPress site to another domain

Hello! I’m about to move my WordPress site to another domain. Now I wonder what would be the easiest way to go about it.

I figure that there are two ways.

1. Moving the entire directory via FTP. Exporting the database and importing it to the new domain. Go through the database, every post and page and change URL’s to the new domain.

2. Installing a fresh WordPress on the new domain, install all plugins and the theme that I have used and then exporting all content via Tools -> Export and then importing it to the new WordPress and then go through all posts and pages and update old URL’s.

Which one of these is better? Have I forgotten something important?
