Sale price – why not considered in calculating formula

    Hi,

    I am using in the calculator formula this variable: “$price”.
    That means I use prices were input in woocomerce by user.

    But for some products I have defined also “sale price” (discounted price)
    It looks that calculator formula does not use sale_price, only base price.

    Is any solution to ensure that the calculator formula use sale(discount)price – but considering that product use the same calculator formula (where exists variable “$price”)?

    Hi,
    yes you can also have a discount price to utilize for your calculator.
    1st- You can create on your excel file both cells for a Discount Price and a Price.
    2nd- On the excel cells of Discount Price and Price you can apply your formulas.
    3rd- On the Woo-price-calculator you can create an Output field named Discount Price.
    4th- Import your excel file on the calculator tab and apply the Discount Price field of the calculator to the Discount price cell of the excel sheet with the formula you applied.

    Do I have possibility to use ‘sale price’ in case I am not using excel in process of data managment?

    Hi,
    depending on the complexity of your formulas you might need to use the excel file to calculate for multiple fields.
    For example IF clauses can be used on the excel file and not directly on the calculator. By importing the excel file you import the formula to apply on which field you need.
    To have multiple output formulas you need an excel file to import.
