    Hi There,

To become a tutor, please click on ‘become a teacher’
When a new music tutor signs up for any of the packages ( FREE, STANDRAD, PREMIUM) a whole list of previous orders appears on the check out page. Where there should only be one subscription Fee.

Please can anyone help. How can I make sure this doesn’t happen.

If you try to sign up, on our site you will see what I mean .

    Many thanks for your help

    Hey there!

It sounds like your site is caching the checkout page, so you’d need to make sure that page is not cached, so that you don’t have this issue.

You can read more about configuring caching:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

Hi Andrew many thanks for your reply.

Sorry I am a complete novice in this field.
I have the W3 Total cache plugin , but it is not activated

Can I simply activate it and adjust the configurations inside the plugin ?

I just don’t want my site to crash, I heard that sometimes sites crash if minor alterations are undertaken.

    Thank you for your Time

    Hey reto_wittweryahoode,

I am not seeing any caching in your http headers. So I think you have successfully disabled caching by disabling that plugin. But the behavior does indicate that something is causing data to be shown that should not be.

This is behaving like cache, but it could be something else that is conflicting with WooCommerce and thus causing this behavior.

You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts in the documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to the Storefront theme: https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. You can do this manually or by using a plugin to help.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

Hi Shane, thank you for your time and advise

As someone told me that that might be the problem, I have actually activated the ( W3 Total Cache ) plugin and made the following adjustments.

Added mfunc to MINIFY – HTML & XML
Added /checkout/ to PAGE CACHE – NEVER CACHE THE FOLLOWING CACHES

I have to mention , that there was a default in the NEVER CACHE THE FOLLOWING CACHES section called

    wp-.*\.php
    index\.php

I am not sure if that has to be there ?

Anyways, my checkout page still shows multiple subscriptions when trying to buy one single subscription.

    Thanks for your help Reto

Hi @reto_wittweryahoode, did you have a chance to do the conflict testing as Shane suggested?

Health Check (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/) is a plugin that allows you to temporarily disable other plugins and switch themes for that session without impacting your users. You can use this to help with your testing.

Let us know what you see with just WooCommerce running on the Storefront theme.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
