My first customer ordered the larger print of two options, but was charged price of smaller. I have checked that attributes and variations are listed correctly. The orders list from Woo shows the sale with the correct dimensions and the incorrect price so I know the customer selected the correct variation in the drop-down when placing their order. I have not been able to recreate it, but it definitely happened with this sale. Is there anywhere else that I may have entered info incorrectly or checked a wrong box? Or is it an internal glitch with stripe or woo?
Thank you for any and all help

    Hi laurastar,

That is strange. It sounds like you did double check all the variations to make sure the price set at the variation level is not different than expected. That would be my first thought as well.

Aside from that, it might be a plugin conflict. You have not been able to recreate it, so that make this a bit tougher to track down. If it happens again, then I would find out a bit more about how the customer produced the error and do some conflict troubleshooting.

ou can read more about plugin and theme conflicts in the documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

    Cheers!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – but if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
