    Hi,

The Health Check Plugin showing two things in red:
    1. A scheduled event (wp_fastest_cache_Preload) has failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.
    2. Your version of cURL, 7.47.0, is slightly out of date. The most recent version is 7.58. This may in some cases affect your sites ability to communicate with other services. If you are experiencing connectivity issues connecting to various services, please contact your host.

We’re a wordpress based website with nginx settings. Following are the plugins we’re using and are identified with troubles:
    1. Jetpack- Publicise & Sharing are the only two thing we have configured, both not working. Sharing buttons don’t open sharing window when clicked upon. Test can be done on any post of our website https://www.sportscrunch.in.
    2. NextScripts SNAP: Autoposter majorly not working, some posts get autopublished at one or two social media accounts (out of around 200+). When on Cron Settings it wasn’t even publishing.
    3. WordPress post (not a plugin)- missed schedule error showing up.
    4. wp Fastest Cache- wp_fastest_cache_Preload has failed to run.

Would appreciate help so that we can get rid of these issues.

    Best
    Ritesh

    Hiya,

There can be multiple reasons for a scheduled event not running, I would check again after a day and see if the same one still shows up, if it does you could try using something like the Crontroll (not a spelling mistake) plugin to manually trigger them and check for errors.
