    I get this error :

    Hi:

    What version of the plugin are you running?

    Also, the version of PHP and WordPress.

    Finally, can you try disabling other plugins and switch the theme to the basic WP 2016/2017 theme – if the error disappears then it means you’re running into a conflict with a plugin or the theme.

    Hi:

    Have you defined any priorities for your tickets? Does the ticket you’re viewing having a priority attached? The error message looks like its related to priorities.

    yes I think
    but I disabled the priority box , however it has been remained tick in below items in priority box :

    Show On Front End?
    Show In Column List?
    Color-code Ticket Header?

    I removed thease check mark and the error has gone
