Private Content only allows media

    Is there a way to upload pdf, word, excel or ppt files?

    “Private Content
    With the private content extension you can provide logged in users with content that only they can access and view.”

    This is rather misleading. If it is true that you can only add media as private content, it should state that.

  • you can restrict files and pages in UM you need to check CPT (Custom post type) and enable the meta for it to work though.

    Access tab -> “Access for everyone” -> check the following “pages,attachment, avada_portfolio,portfolio_category,portfolio_skill, portfolio_tag”

    @txpmr Thank you for the response. My problem is that I purchased the extension for Private Content and its not allowing me as the admin, to upload pdf or any file type other than media to the private tab.
