Deactivating and reactivating Ultimate member

I have Ultimate Member installed, and Plus Plugins Maps and Events.
Maps has disappeared and there is an message showing that
“The Ultimate Member Maps plugin requires the Ultimate Member plugin to be activated to work properly. You can download it here”
‘Here’ leads to the Ultimate Member homepage of their website.
Ultimate Member is showing as Activated and I’ve done all the latest updates.
I contacted Plus Plugins a week ago (and numerous times in between) but no response to my support ticket, they have disappeared.
I’m wondering if I should deactivate and then reactivate Ultimate Member but I don’t want to loose the information I have there.
I have about 200 users, all set up with profiles, profile forms etc.
Would will happen if I deactivate?
Any other suggestions to get Maps back?
