  • Hi @junjieveer,

    If you login inside your back-end, can you check Settings –> General Settings and see what the sireurl of your website is?
    If this is an IP adress change this to your domainname veer.tv/blog

    Cheers.

    Hi @helldog2018,

    Thanks very much for your kind reply.
    But my setting about the url is exactly my domain name https://veer.tv/blog/, and it cannot be edit in the back-end.
    Is there any else possible reason may cause this?

    Thanks for your time,
    Julia

    Hi @junjieveer,

    So you are not able to edit the URL in your back-end?

    If not, then try adding

    define('WP_SITEURL', 'https://veer.tv/blog/');
    define('WP_HOME', 'https://veer.tv/blog/');

    in your wp-config.php file.

    By the way, I must say I haven’t seen your website as an IP address yet.

    thanks and sorry for the so late reply.

    we’ve double-checked in the config file, we define as you suggested https://veer.tv/blog/
    but it happens again as https://172.16.28.203/blog/ and warning 172.16.28.203 ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT, the website cannot be reached.

    when the website took too long to respond, the ip address might occur.

    Best
