  • Hi tbarlow,

to show a custom member directory you need to enter the shortcode on your page.

    It looks like this:
    [ultimatemember form_id=0815]

You can find the ID of your custom directory: Ultimate Member >> Member Directories

    Hi Coxinha,

I did add the member directory shortcode in. I’m using the Divi builder, code module.

I’m not an expert for UM so please excuse my question: You did use the ID of the custom list and not of the “normal”?

When you say ‘custom list’ are you referring to the shortcode it creates when you create a new directory? if yes, then yes I used that shortcode.

Yupp, this is what I meant. ?? But got no clue why it’s not showing…

    Last idea:
Ultimate Member >> Member Directory >> Edit

Please check the option to select several user roles. If this doesn’t help – I’m sorry. Maybe someone else can help here. ??
