  • I’ve had the same problem when Mac users have tried to use the advanced uploader for uploading images. However the upload usually succeeds and it is only the success message that does not display. That means the users are not sure of the status, so I added a link to allow users to check whether their images have been added to the media library – not ideal, but it works for now.

    i just tried it again.

    yes, the spinner spins continuously and the user never knows if their message is sent. also the message is never received. i tried this several times.

    it is a problem for safari on mac and ios. the problem remains and it is a big issue for us.

    I have the exact same problem.
    I have two “File” attachments in my form. On Safari, if I only attach one file and then send the form the wheel just spins and no e-mail is recieved as well.

    On chrome everything works.
