thanks for this question. I have the same problem and I would be very happy, if thist plugin could have the possibility for the users to check an checkbox, within they accept the GDPR.

Yes this is really needed – just a simple required checkbox to add to the widget.

Hi, yes it is mandatory on may, 25, but the check-box is not enough for GDPR, I am also concentrated on this problem.

I have been asking for this for the past year, I think we need to highlight that the user / subscriber, needs to be able to do several tasks.. access / edit / delete / control how the data is used in the subscribers section so this would mean that the user would need to be able to see what is on the Db setup for only them with full administration capabilities for their details.

Along with but not just a consent tick box on the subscription widget..

If this needs a one off fee as a non profit I can pay for this but if not I will have to go another route..

Yes we are working on making Email Subscribers (and all other plugins of Icegram.com) GDPR compatiable as explained in short here.

Very soon we will release a new version along with documentation on how to set it up.
