Member Fields Totally Empty

    Hi, we are facing big problems, we spoke with support thru email about “member fields totally empty” after v2 update as shown here: https://prntscr.com/j8611t.

    They fixed with v2.10 update, but we saw that the wheel at users profile wasn′t working then, so we wrote back. We waited for support answer but 4 days past and got none. But maybe was fixed with v2.11 update…

    Today we went to review what else wasn′t working at UM v2.10, and all member details where gone again (https://prntscr.com/j8611t)… All missing!

    So version 2.10 as they said fixed the problem momentarily showing members details, but after a pair of days, they all disappeared again and we have jobs sites (CVs, personal details, adress, phone, email, covering letter and so lot of fields missing). So, we updated to version 2.11 to see if that fixed the problem and got members details back, but didn′t, the only fix was that the wheel at user profile was working back…

    How can this happen?

    We are facing problems too with wordpress admin bar (black one on top), that shows a couple of secs before dissapearing in each page of members sections. We have distill at Edit Role in each role (show admin bar at front end) and saved each user roles and tilled back again and saved, but the problem persists…

    We wrote back thru email to support and expect an answer and a solution ASAP and we too open this support topic here (because got no answer from email this past days), as we have several portals with UM plugin working and thousands of users and we can′t face this type of stability.

    Sure! The thing is tedious, but in the end we managed to solve it.

    First you have to update to the latest UM version 2.11.

    Then check each field in the FORMS created at UM, because surely some have lost the permissions of the users to whom the profile was granted.

    The next thing is to give priority to the USER ROLES, with a number. We put 3,2,1 (since the developer does not explain anywhere the numbering that comes in that section, if it goes from 1 to 10, or to 100 or 1000. What we read is that it goes from higher priority to lower 3 (admin), 2 (etc ..), 1 (etc ..)

    And so the fields should be displayed ??
