I needed to translate a string “vendor” to “SomethingElse” in Dokan Multivendor plugin, which was very important to our website, they didn’t provide me with any real solution, just pretending to help me, by telling me what to do, and how to upload the pot files, from which most of their instructions doesn’t fit with my websites directory. Their help was not well explained in details. In the end she told me, all this help was becasue they respect their customer, which doesn’t have to do anything with respect here! It should be included in their support package becasue i have purchased one of your application, 250€. She seems unprofessional type of supporter, and be aware of their terms and conditions! She told me this “As per our support policy, we only provide support for our default functionality, customised configuration and installation”. It means that changing a “string” word from their application, is not part of their support.
