Locked Out of Hidden Backend

  • I’ve been locked out of my iThemes protected site for a while. I’ve gone in and tried to manually delete the plugin files from the file manager on my server, but I can’t seem to get past the 500 server errors to actually log in. Ideas?

    I had that happen to me to a few years ago, unfortunately i can’t really remember how i fixed it.
    But you can still try a few things:
    1. contact your hosting providers support staff, the ones we work with never fail us.
    2. i’m guessing this new login slug is added somewhere, maybe like a .htcaccess file, you can try deleting that (not the file) or modifying it.

    I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?
