Why do I get many Customers several times

  • I am exporting a common configuration and playing around with different adjustments but alway get many customer entries more than one time – everything the same. Sometimes double and many 4 or 5 times identically.

    What could be the cause?

    I think these orders have 4-5 items,
    so you should open tab “XLS” ( or CSV) in section “Format”

    and uncheck “Populate other columns if products exported as rows”

    but
    there is not such thing like “section”, not “format” or “populate other columns…” to find anywhere…
    What is the meaning of “Populate other columns if products exported as rows” How can I translate colums and rows into a product logic?
    And I do not understand the logic or the usability
    the only thing which sounds logic is:
    Export all products from a order – on or off

    Yes, these settings are hiding somehow, because there are so many different kind of settings, that is totaly confusing to get a logic out of the whole thing.
    So what we like to do is very simple, get a monthly report to calculate gross, net and tax for each invoice number, but seems to fail because a lot of entries to adjust all over the place with sub sub menu systems and only a logic for coders aka programmers… So we do it in a more simple way now… By calculator with woocommerce reporting on Backend screen.

    Yes, this plugin was created with a bit another purpose – export all possible order details.
