Clear cache and opcache admin bar

Hello,

thanks for this great plugins.

A question about the admin bar menu, when I click on “Clear cache”, is this clear also the opcache in the same time ? (and the expired transients also ?).

Or I have to clear first the cache, and after the opcache ?
