Wrong content when creating a separate Blog page

  • Hi, I’m trying to add a Blog page to my website. I’ve followed all the instructions I can find > Create a New Page, called it ‘Blog’, go to Settings and set ‘Posts’ to be the new ‘Blog’ page. I’ve created a Post but it is no-where to be seen on the new ‘Blog’ page (or anywhere). However, what I DO see when I go to my new ‘Blog’ page is the content from one of my other already-existing pages but with the ‘Blog’ title… I’ve deleted the Blog page and the post and deactivated all the Plugins to then set it up again but its doing the same thing each time. I’ve also reset the web browser and cleared the history and the cache but still no affect. I’m using the Codeus theme on a MacBook Pro and using Safari. Any help greatly appreciated!

    Did you change the Posts Page from Settings >> Reading?

    Also, make sure you have the Blog posts in an appropriate category.

    Check “Post Category” from Setting >> Writing
