Achievement based on custom field

I’m trying to create an achievement based on the following:

– User adds a number to a custom field every day for 30 days
– At the end of 30 days the custom field number needs to equal 110

I’ll be writing all the code to update the custom field. My question then is whether it’s possible to set the logic up in such a way that we only award the achievement if the custom field is present and equals 110?

I’m using Advanced Custom Fields for the custom field generation if that’s helpful. Thanks for any help you can give!
