Front-end submissions widget has NEVER WORKED PROPERLY

I have posted requesting support from Time.ly on this before and have never received a solution. We paid for this widget and it has NEVER worked. Clicking on the “post your event” widget link in the sidebar DOES NOT POP UP THE FORM unless you are ON the calendar page at https://sfn-ottawa.ca/colloquia/ Even then, an external person cannot submit as the CAPTCHA never loads properly (spins continuously with “loading reCAPTCHA”) if they are not a logged-in user of the site… Which entirely defeats the purpose of having the Front-end submissions widget. I would really appreciate someone from Time.ly contacting me directly to get this issue fixed.
