facebox or lightbox plugins not working at all w/ new theme!

i recently made a new theme for my site cityinblame.com, and for some reason, my facebox, slimbox, or lightbox plugins are not working at all, they’re not even in the page’s source code anymore except where i put in rel=”facebox”. is my coding conflicting with the plugin? if so, which .php file, or is it style.css that’s making it not workk? thanks for the help. ill post any coding that you have to see, just ask. and to see how it’s not working, if you go to cityinblame.com/past-layouts, you’ll see that both pics go to a new page instead of into a facebox/slimbox. yes, the plugins are activated, and they worked with the last two themes i’ve made ??
