Wordfence not scanning!

  • Wordfence has been working well until a few days ago. I am now getting this message:

    Scan terminated with error: There was an error connecting to the Wordfence scanning servers: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10002 milliseconds

    I have tried to de a manual scan and the same message appears.

    I have found and read a post with the same problem but I don’t actually understand what I should do. (I am a volunteer who ‘manages’ a website!) Is there anyone out there who can help me in very simple terms to get the scans working again, please?
