Mobile Issue with multiple and hidden Buttons. Please help to solve.

Hi, just got an issue with the following:
The Site contains a Popup Button that displays only on desktop devices and a second one that appears only if your on a smartphone. The Issue: on mobile the button don’t open the popup box… and the really confusing thing is if you click on mobile and switch back to desktop resolution the popup box appears.
How can we fix the issue?
