3130 : The BillingState value is too long

Any users in the UK (or rather, outside the US) could encounter this error during checkout, as the “County” field is passed through to Sage as the “BillingState” field. The BillingState field has a maximum length of 2, intended for a US state code (DC, AL, TX etc).

So if the user chooses a non US country, this field should NOT be passed through to Sage!
