    First off, thank you for utilizing the Health Check plugin to solve whatever problems you were experiencing with your site.

    Support for this plugin is volunteer based, just as the development is, in light of this topics may at times go unanswered for a few days depending on availability.

    What can we help with?

    We’ll provide help with features of the plugin, bugs you may have discovered, and taking feedback and enhancement requests.

    If your support topic here is about how to solve a problem with your site, based on results from the plugin or not, we do ask that you post those in the general support forums, as you are more likely to find a volunteer there within a reasonable period of time.

    How can you help us?

    We’re always looking to improve our support flow, what information were you looking for, and did you find it? If you didn’t find it, let us know what you needed and why, as that will help us evaluate a potential greater need for any implementation.

    Keeping a clean house.

    To avoid things piling up, and to encourage a good dialogue between volunteer supporters and plugin users, we will mark any topic that hasn’t received any new feedback (from the original poster) in 1 week as resolved.

    You may return to the topic at a later date if there is better time for the items discussed at that time, this is merely to keep our own sanity in the long run.
