    Did a test ticket, page not found error.

    The plugin does not even create the necessary ‘ticket’ page to view the ticket as the customer. It really looks like they did not test this even once in finality before publishing it.

    Zero responsibility or quality control – the problem with most plugins on WP – great logos, fake reviews, and a bugged up, inefficient, frustrating plugin.

    Hello, we spent two years to build helpdesk plugin. We are going to improve it with each comment. Could you please help us understand what is wrong? I am sure it is some misunderstanding situation. Usually, we people write us and we help them set up the helpdesk. Because each time it is unique email settings or the different set of plugins.

    Could you please send us a screenshot of your contact form. We haven’t had own design of form, because of every theme has a different style. So our plugin has inherited that style. So you have two options- 1) You can fix it with CSS or I can ask developers to help you with that.

    As for the ticket view page. How did you test it? Could you please send us Url to see what is wrong. Did you set up email settings? Did you see successful messages?

    The plugin has a ticket page which you can click on the notification email to see your ticket as a customer.
