Create content in multi-languages?

    Does anyone know if there is a plug-in to create content in multi-language? I don’t necessarily want it all to translate, I am more looking to use an english keyboard and a Spanish keyboard and allow WordPress to recognize which content is displayed?

    Maybe this is a PC setting?
