Download backup gives a “File Not Found”

  • Hello,

    I do a backup and then click the button to download the archive. That gives me a “File Not Found” error. I’ve tried a couple of browsers with the same result. I can click the icon to delete the backup archive and that works. So does browsing the contents.

  • It could be that you are reaching a servet limit, you can always use ftp or sftp do download your backup archive.

    I have it working on other sites. It must be something about this site. I set this site up for my presentation today in Boston. So let’s not worry about it. I’ll figure out what the issue is later. Thanks!
