Can’t edit, Delete, or update group types

Please try to update plugin, current version of plugin is 1.1.0

In fact ,the plugin got updated when I deleted the old version and re-installed i again from the WP Plugin list ( I didn’t notice it).
I have the same problem with the current version (1.1.0)

Could it be due to any server issue?

For your information :

I just noticed that Plugin works fine on Localhost .
Problem exists only on the live site.
I installed & checked out the plugin on two live sites hosted on different servers. Unfortunately same problem occurs both the places.
I have also ruled themes & plugin conflicts at my end.

It may be worth looking into this issue if other users also encounter the same issue.

I found the following warning/message while checking the console (Mozilla & Chrome)

I will recommend you to send the staging site login details on wbcomdesigns.com. The developer can take a closer look at your site to find the issue.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve disabled all my other plugins and still had the same problem. Also I have a multi site setup but I’m getting the same issue on a test single site.
There are no errors in console.

I’ll get in touch wth the developer as you suggest.

@jesseblue1 we have requested for Login details via support ticket, We will debug issue at your site and it will be fixed.

I’ve the same wordpress environment in two different hosting. the plugin have the “endless spinning problem” just in one hosting. The php version is the same. Did someone fixed the @jesseblue1 problem?

I have got the issue and it’s for everyone who is facing the same problem.
Please find the line: if ( strpos( filter_input( INPUT_SERVER, 'REQUEST_URI' ), 'bp-add-group-types' ) !== false )
in two functions enqueue_styles and enqueue_scripts in the file class-bp-add-group-types-admin.php under admin folder of this plugin and replace it with if ( isset($_GET['page']) && $_GET['page']=='bp-add-group-types' )

It will hopefully fix your issue.
