Large Numbers of Variations

Is there an easy way to manage variable prices on items with large numbers of variations?

I’ve been asked to add some items to a store that have a lot of different options (‘add a moisturiser’, ‘add a serum’) and price is dependent on what they choose.

Is there a way to easily add these variations without having to go through and manually add the price to each item individually? Can anyone recommend a plugin?
