Labels on Player Info

  • I would like to customize the categories for my players; however, every time I try to customize them, it will not work. If I go to settings, it says updated but it will not save. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

    You might want to have a look at the previous post. Seems to be the same problem. You might try the things we tried there. I checked again, and it’s working fine on both my development boxes.

    QUESTION: When you say the settings are not saving, do you mean that they do not change on the settings admin screen, or the do not change on the front end (the shortcode display)? IF the latter, you might try to add the parameter roster_type=’custom’ to the shortcode incantation.

    I see you posted on the thread I referenced above. But you didn’t answer the question above?? You said there you did everything suggested. Did you turn on WP debug and check the debug.log?? Did you find any warnings or notices?

    It works on my dev boxes, so without more data, I’m kinda stuck. And as you saw on the previous thread, it worked for Philtone after re-installing WordPress. I have no idea what’s up with that, but I’d love to figure it out.
