Is there an option for a more compact menu item?

    I was just wondering if there was any way to make the “Replace Media – Upload a new file” menu in the media library smaller? Currently there’s some unnecessary help text (“To replace the current file, click the link and upload a replacement.”) that makes me have to scroll down just to check if my “Attachment display settings” are correct. This can be a pain when dealing with a lot of images. It just seems to take up space unnecessarily.

    I don’t know if others would agree, but I wish next to “Replace media” it just said “Upload” on the same line, so I could see the “ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS” without having to scroll. The help text is completely unnecessary.

    Anyway, just voicing an opinion in case I’m not the only person who thinks this could be an improvement. If this can be currently changed anywhere already, I’d love to know.
