How to manage my plugins in 2.7.1

I’ve tried to access plugins.php manually by typing https://visi-sufi.com/blog/wp-admin/admin.php?page=plugins.php at browser address then I got this message:

Cannot load plugins.php.

I think I better roll back to previous version until I got feedback about this issue from WordPress.
