Paypal refuses to be disabled from the one form (I use Contact Form 7)

    I created some forms with Contact Form 7, then installed the PayPal&sStripe Add on. Later, I installed the FrontEnd Registration and wanted to make a form that allows user registration as customers, but without redirecting to PayPal.

    I tried to disable the Paypal box, it’s not working. I click Save, the page gets refreshed and the box is ticked again.

    Any solution, please?
