Thumbnail images are loading at full size

    This could be happening because the thumbnail may not be found. Do those images exist?

    What is your setting for CRP for the thumbnail settings?

    One option worth trying is the installation of OTF Regenerate Thumbnails plugin that allows these to be created when found missing

    Not sure to be honest, why do I need to generate thumbnails separately? How do I view those settings?

    You shouldn’t need to for any new thumbnails.

    You can see the settings of the thumbnails in the it’s own tab in the Top 10 settings page.
