[Plugin: WP_OneInstall] One-Install – not good!

I installed this plug-in, and it kept crashing my database!
I spent HOURS digging, deleting, reinstalling, contacting my server host – only to learn that the problem was the plug-in!
It sounds like IF it works, it’s totally what I need, but since it doesn’t, well…
