Hover Title look and speed

Hi,
I’m really considering in purchasing the pro version of this plugin. I really like most of it features. One question I have is, can we change hot the title shows on Hover? And can we increase how fast the title shows from when the cursor hits the hotspot to when the title shows? I’m trying to link each hotspot to different URL’s and the speed is sluggish and how the title looks on hover is really unappealing, at least on the free version.
