how to Translate url and seo

    Hi there, first of all, i need to thank you for the plug in.
    I am really new on wordpress, and i am wondering how can i translate the url of my website for each languages.
    I got English as default language, and i would like to translate in 2 more languages (IT,FR).
    And also i am wondering how to get the SEO and Meta description translated for each language.

    If You using Yoast SEO or All in One SEO Pack you can add different meta for each language.
    Multilingual slugs are not supported.

    ok thanks @valexar. What about Google analytc? cause i installed the plug in but is not supported by WPM and SiteOrigin.
    I think the best idea is put the script in the header in order to connect to my google analytic account
