DOESN’T WORK AND CAN’T GET SUPPORT

I was using the free version for a few months and loved it. However after an update the plugin causes certain functions in woocommerce to not work. For example you can click on the “Refund” button on an order when the caldera form plugin is activated. I verified but deactivating and reactivating. I put in a support request on their forum board a month ago and still no response. Another person even commented saying they were having the same issue…STILL NO RESPONSE.
