Downloading photos from a wordpress photo album

I am converting a wordpress blog into a book (using Blurb’s booksmart program) and would like to be able to download the pictures from her photo album. The client did not set up the blog herself so she is unable to assist me. Is it even possible to download the pictures from a photo album? It appears that it is a wordpress photo album. I know it isn’t Flickr, Photobucket, or Picasa album.

Any help would be much appreciated! She would like the books within a month so I don’t have much time.
