    Hello,
    The issue I have is that when users post on the forum, their full names are displayed as opposed to their usernames. Is there a way to change this setting please so that usernames are displayed and not full names?
    Also, what would be the procedure if the poster wanted to be anonymous?

    Hello @deydee

    The unique gray username is used for the mentioning-functionality because all other names like firstname/displayname/etc dont guarantee uniqueness. If you dont want to use the mentioning-functionality you can disable it in the settings and the gray names will be gone.

    The normal displayname is based on the WordPress profile-settings. Every user can decide how it should look like via the “Display name publicly as” setting.
