monitor child themes?

Which type of child theme are you talking about here please? Child themes are typically custom code and as such we do not have any originals to compare to in the www.ads-software.com code repository so we can not detect changes in them.

We do scan all files for malware though, including all files in themes, child themes, plugins, WordPress core etc.

I’m thinking more along the lines of scanning the child theme to begin with and then periodically scanning to see if any files have changed since that initial scan.

Thanks for elaborating. I understand. We don’t have a feature like that at this time, but it’s a good idea. I’ll add it as a feature request in our system.
